Determining the likelihood of achieving Planning Approval. During the 1hr site visit, we will discuss the process and what could be achieved within your budget. We charge a flat fee of £150 + VAT for the 1 hour consultation.

Your project may require approval from your local water services provider. Where building within 3m of a sewer, Building Owners will be required to obtain approval from their water authority.
Works will need to be designed to follow the requirements set out by each authority. Architectural Designs can manage this build over application as well as arrange for any surveys to be carried out where required. We will then create the appropriate drawings and specifications to obtain approval to build over the water authorities asset.
